Payment Terms

Payment Methods:

Private Practice Owners Club accepts payments via major credit cards and other payment methods facilitated through our payment processor, Stripe.

Billing Cycles:

Customers can choose from three subscription plans: monthly, 6-month, or 12-month blocks. Payments are processed upfront at the beginning of each billing cycle. Monthly subscribers will be billed on the same date each month, corresponding to the initial signup date. For 6-month and 12-month plans, billing occurs once at the start of the subscription period.

Late Payments:

All payments are due immediately upon invoicing. Failure to complete a payment may result in suspension or termination of services until the outstanding amount is settled. Clients will be notified of any payment issues via email, and attempts to rectify the situation will be made promptly.

Refund Policy

All payments made to Private Practice Owners Club are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all payment plans, including monthly, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with services, change of mind, or early termination of services.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, coaching services will continue to be provided for the duration corresponding to the amount paid. For monthly subscriptions, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. For 6-month and 12-month subscriptions, services will continue until the prepaid period has concluded. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation.

Private Practice Owners Club provides coaching and support services designed to help private practice owners grow and manage their businesses. The exact nature of services will vary based on the selected coaching plan and may include one-on-one sessions, group coaching, and access to educational resources.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are expected to actively participate in the coaching process, complete assigned tasks, and communicate openly with their coach. Success in the program depends on the client’s commitment to implementing the strategies discussed during coaching sessions.

Modification of Services:

Private Practice Owners Club reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time. In the event of significant changes, clients will be notified via email, and efforts will be made to ensure continuity of service.
